In the region of Languedoc-Roussillon, Nissan-lez-Ensérune is a small village with 3500 residents. It is located between Béziers and Narbonne, 15 min. from the sea, 4 km from Canal du Midi and 1 ½ hours from the Spanish border (Le Perthus).

In the surrounding area you will find the 9 Fonseranes Locks on the Canal du Midi in Béziers, the Oppidum d'Ensérune over the Etang de Montady and also the Malpas Tunnel...

You can also relax in the pine forest just behind the house, a short walk through the different footpaths and enjoy the fresh air and smell of the pines or walk up for the sunset to the 3 old restored windmills of Nissan overlooking the plain.

Nissan has a small market 3x a week in the middle of the village and also in Nissan you'll find all shops and everything that you need.

Our home is situated on the edge of the village, at the end of an alley. It is secure and especially quiet. We have a swimming pool of 10x5m which you can share with us.

The totally furnished apartment of 50m2 has:

one kitchen/living-room

one bedroom with one bed of 140/200 cm and a big cupboard with 3 sliding doors

one second bedroom with 2 beds of 90/190 cm,

one bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

You can also enjoy a private terrace with gas grill.
